The Mission oil is really good - I've used it with some of the blended balsamic vinegar that it came with for dipping some rustic Italian bread and it was fantastic - fruity and smooth. I've also used it in cooking - adding some to mashed potatoes for a decadent taste and texture, and tossed with some pasta and Parmigiano-Reggiano - really good.
