Quick Recipe -Asian Sesame Veggie Slaw

I just whipped up an awesome slaw for lunch and I wanted to share it – it’s super easy and so healthy my body didn’t know quite what to do with it. Here are the ingredients:

  • 2 parts cabbage (green or napa) shredded
  • 1 part carrots grated
  • 1 part celery thinly sliced on an angle
  • 1/2 part red onion very thinly sliced
  • 2-3 TBL Feast from the East Asian Sesame Salad Dressing or other favorite Sesame Vinaigrette
  • salt and pepper to taste (none needed really)

Combine in a bowl – toss with dressing – serve

This one is great with grilled meats, sandwiches, etc.
